SHIPPING
We offer nationwide courier at a flat rate of:
– R90 Nationwide door to door delivery.
Please allow for at least 1-4 working days for us to process your order.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Please allow between 1-7 days for delivery after day of dispatch. (Outlying areas may take longer)
We make use of the following courier companies i.e. Fastway Couriers and Aramex.
Kindly note: NO DISPATCH IS DONE ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Due to the high volumes of orders we receive when there are new launches or sales, it may take a little longer before you receive your tracking.
All shipping is Door-to-Door shipping. Please ensure that the correct address is submitted upon checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to alter it.
Please ensure that someone is available at your address to receive your package.
In event of an incorrect address, you will be charged for the return to us as well as the resend courier fees.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our policy lasts 48 hours from receiving your package. If 48 hours have passed upon your delivery, we unfortunately will not accept returns.
We unfortunately do not accept any exchanges on items except in the case of items received damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Only damaged items will be considered for a refund.
Size guides have been provided to ensure that you do not have any issues purchasing the incorrect sizes, please look at this carefully before your purchase. We do not exchange items for incorrect fits.
To start a return, you can contact us on (email). Please include your order number, contact details and description of the problem. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship it back at your own cost within 7 days.
Exceptions:
We unfortunately do not accept any returns on sale items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It may take some time for the payment to process and reflect.
Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
